About Us Pakka Foundation started as KK Charitable Foundation in 2006 in the name of the founder of Yash Pakka
Ltd, Mr K. K. Jhunjhunwala, a great philanthropist, Industrialist, and a man of energy and determination.
He firmly believed; that everyone has protentional and needs an opportunity to shine. KK charitable foundation has impacted many lives since its inception by donating to improve the quality of education by building community schools, building skills to enhance employment outcomes of the local youth through an Industrial Training Institute, improving access to health facilities and improving ecology. What are we looking for? Pakka Foundation is looking for a Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing & Communication. The role expects you to be responsible for digital content creation, website management, organisation\xe2\x80\x99s Social Media presence. Ideally, the candidate will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small, close-knit team and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with the Group marketing and communication team to develop a marketing and communication strategy to promote the foundation\xe2\x80\x99s work at the community level and in the broader ecosystem.
• Execute communication strategy
• Social media management and content creation for social media, including blogs, posts, and videos.
• Maintain a communications editorial calendar for internal communication and web, email, and social media.

What you will bring to the table:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication with global/reputation not\xe2\x80\x93for\xe2\x80\x93profit organisations.
• Excellent computer skills, professional-level skills, and knowledge of desktop publishing for in-house graphics design and production.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written or oral communication in English and Hindi.
• Proven results in implementing marketing and communications strategic plans
• Proven results in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadline
