Main responsibilities:
Create Gen Med Localization strategy and execution for product portfolio
Develop overall roadmap for localization of products for near-term (1 to 2 years) to mid-term (2 to 3 years) period
Develop governance (from approvals to execution) for localization of products
Develop business case (market, opportunity, financials, operating model etc) for localization of products
Focus on execution of localisation strategy
Identify potential partners and conduct partner diligence
Collaborate with internal (including Legal, Business Units) and external partners to develop and negotiate contracts
Support initial phase product transition / launch with identified partners
Set up the governance and key operating principles to oversee relationships with key strategic partners
Manage governance of partnerships including collaboration and overall relationship management with key strategic partners
Ensure key contractual terms are being adhered to both by Sanofi and partner (where applicable)
Liaison and collaborate with external manufacturing team in Sanofi
Work with the site on cost saving initiatives to improve margins
Work with market research and I&P team on new product ideas and check feasibility with GDC (Goa Development centre)
About you
Experience:
10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, including a background in manufacturing/QA preferred
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated Understanding of Financial, Distribution & General Management concepts.
Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple demands and expectations from multiple internal customers and spend against budget.
Soft skills:
Ability to deliver results when working in transversal teams and able to influence stakeholders without authority
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution and decision-making skills
Ability to influence peers and seniors to make difficult choices and trade-offs is required
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Graduate with Management degree from a leading institute
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English
