:

Role Proficiency: Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

Outcomes: * Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation

  • Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
  • A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
  • Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
  • Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
  • Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
  • Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
  • Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
  • A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
  • Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others' developmental activities
  • Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  • Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
  • Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
  • Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc...
  • Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.
  • Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.

Additional Comments:

Experience band : 4 - 8 years Minimum 4+ of overall development experience of Adobe AEM/CQ experience implementing full cycle Adobe AEM projects. AEM Developer Certified Extensive AEM architecture and technology suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required. Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, pages, experience fragments and bundles. Experience with data migration in AEM Familiar with Multi Site Manager (MSM), Language Copy, Live Copies, Dispatcher Experience with communicating to different internal servers, databases from AEM, using both front end (ajax, cookies) and back end technologies (servlet, osgi service, Sling) Experience with Junit and other testing frameworks in AEM Strong Java/J2EE background Familiarity in AMS, Cloud Manager Familiarity with front-end technologies, HTML, CSS, angular and JavaScript experience is plus, should have the aptitude to learn front-end development Experience integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, such as Analytics, Target, Campaign Provide architectural guidance/input around server environment configuration, clustering, caching, CDN usage, security, etc. Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude. Agile development environment experience and participation in daily scrum meetings. Ready for Shift Time (1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST)
