Work with the FA&RE Leader, as well as the functional leaders to build relationships with business stakeholders in the services centre; understand their requirements and their operating model, and influence.
Understand Corteva’s services centre business landscape and collaborate with our business stakeholders to help them make better strategic business decisions.
Drive performance, value and innovation from key vendors through vendor Relationship Management processes; monitor and mitigate vendor risk.
Identifying and onboarding vendors for transport services including cabs induction as per Corteva safety norms.
Manage and supervise staff transport services in multiple time zone.
Vendor management - Cab services vendors, establish relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts to meet approved budget, compile estimated cost models, and execute required logistics.
Liaise with businesses, and local stakeholders to understand their existing and emerging transport requirements.
Liaise with government authorities whenever required to ensure compliance and smooth management of employees, vendor partners and logistics
Monitoring our Compliance policy internally as well as with the vendors.
Identify opportunities to reduce per employee travel costs and program operating expenses
Handling conflict resolution between transport vendors and employee and ensuring transport vendors takes utmost care of employees.
Ensuring regulatory compliance concerning the state government requirements in Hyderabad/Cyberabad Regions.
Responsible for transport Log sheets entry, audit, submitting authentic billing data to FS&RE leader for approvals, invoice processing and vendor payments.
Responsible for maintaining business equilibrium among the transport vendors and proactive & transparent in resolving their issues.
Willing to work night shifts as when required and as per the operation’s needs.
Facilities management include soft services i.e. housekeeping, cafeteria, mailroom operations etc. & vendor management

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree , MBA – Preferred
08-10 years of working experience in Employee Transport & Facilities Operations.
3-4 years of experience working as a site lead and working with a transport automation tools, soft services, vendor management & RTO Compliances.
