Responsibilities

Design, document, implement and monitor the overall effectiveness of the Quality Control, Safety & Training programs.
Assure all locations are compliant with applicable laws, statutory regulations, and accepted practices for health, safety, and quality control.
Evaluations of safety within field operations and assist with safety Management.
Establish risk mitigation goals and develop metrics - dashboards to track, communicate, and drive progress.
Perform root cause analysis and determine corrective actions.
Provide frequent and detailed feedback on program/process enhancements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Graduate with 5+ years of experience in managing safety and compliance programs and leading the team.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
Eye for detail, prior experience in running successful on-field campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
