Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon Trimble is planning significant growth for tele lead activities in India and is looking for a suitable candidate who will be responsible for generating BANT qualified leads through telecalling. He is expected to leverage project data, use web research to find new prospects, profile them and use email/phone calls to generate new leads. The right candidate will have an opportunity to grow into a team leader and manage a team of tele callers directly or within an external agency, while contributing to the lead kitty directly by himself. Key Expectation: Work with the Inside sales manager to build a top notch tele-demand generation practice. He will be expected to achieve a targeted number of BANT qualified leads that drive revenue for Trimble, while working on process and data improvements on a consistent basis, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive results. Job Responsibilities: Create new opportunities/MQLs Work closely with Trimble sales team for lead closure Monitoring and Reporting Skills & Experience: 7-12 years of work experience in tele-led business development/inside sales preferably in the CAD/ Construction / Engineering industry Preferably a Civil Engineering Graduate Ability to research and analyze data, trends and a comfort with numbers is a must Strong computer skills (Excel , Microsoft Dynamics, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, MS Projects) Strong knowledge of tele-lead generation processes Self-motivated, self driven with a positive and determined attitude Pleasing personality with good command over oral and written English.
