Key Responsibilities:
Building database for prospecting by sending personalised emails, connecting on LinkedIn and then doing Phone calls with potential clients in the US
To educate active and budding clients about company\'s services and offers
To manage outbound and inbound calls daily i.e., 150-200 outbound calls daily
Identify customer\'s needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Responsible for retaining and expanding company\'s base of customers
To send up to 60 outbound emails and 20-25 LinkedIn requests to prospective clients
Collecting market information to analyses trends and identify business opportunities in the USA, Canada, and European Union
Generate and qualify leads as necessary to build the sales pipeline daily
Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads on a daily basis
To schedule minimum of fifteen qualified appointment in a month making the phone international sales calls to potential clients in target markets.
Providing information by answering questions and requests.
Prospecting through various medium and tools
Generate and qualify leads as necessary to fill the sales pipeline.
Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads.
Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Can connect with and own up the enquiries/opportunities generated by the team
Follow up with the opportunities/enquiries.
Background & Qualifications:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Management (MBA/PGDM in Marketing and International Sales)
Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency.
Excellent email etiquette skills
Experience in B2B firm (Product or service based) service is preferred
High level of self-confidence self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
Excellent outbound sales skills especially with US, UK clients
