Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at CIED Cochin. Responsibilities

• Generate leads, manage and nurture lead relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
• Strategically identifying potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Cultivating relationships with prospective leads through direct outreach, networking events, and social media engagement.
• Managing the lead generation pipeline using advanced CRM tools to nurture leads and track communication.
• Collaborating with the sales team to refine the sales strategy based on lead feedback and conversion rates.
• Utilizing analytics to monitor performance and optimize lead generation campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate market shifts and emerging opportunities.
• Research and identify new market opportunities
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, outbound channels and collaboration with the marketing departments

Must Haves

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with CRM software

Good To Have

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any stream
