As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, helping our organization achieve its growth goals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand target audiences and ideal client profiles. Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email marketing, social media outreach, and content marketing. Identify and research potential leads and prospects through various channels and databases. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and leads. Track and analyze lead generation campaigns to measure their effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and lead generation best practices. Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in lead generation or a related role. Proficiency in lead generation tools and software, including CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for lead outreach and relationship-building. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams. Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.
