Telecaller

The Telecaller is responsible for generating, qualifying and prospecting generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound, outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! The tele caller is responsible for lead generation and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.

  • The Sales Lead Generation Executive is expected to Generate and develop new business via telephone or telecalling, whatsapp calling etc
  • To discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company\xe2\x80\x99s offerings and services.
  • Interacting via various channels, such as telecalling, live chat, emails, social media
  • Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
  • Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
  • Ensuring a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
  • Establishing stronger connections with both current and potential clients, and helping the business generate revenue.
  • Helping the organisation grow by bringing in customers and increasing sales.
  • Making recommendations for how to improve organisational offerings using client feedback.
  • Persuasive, tenacious, and adaptive individuals make for successful telecallers.
  • Provide email blasts, PDF\xe2\x80\x99s faxes and mailings to demonstrate product and support the customer with their buying decisions with limited to no administrative support
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Identifying key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
  • Work with the Sales Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a goal-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must
  • Partner with counterparts in field sales to ensure leads are closed and order is shipped.
  • Follow through with sales materials to ensure timely closing of the sales opportunity such that all required paperwork is processed to effectuate a sale
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that track progress to plan
  • Ability to obtain leads through the internet or other list generating opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree mandatory, MBA preferred
  • 0-3 years telemarketing and/or inside, outbound sales experience
  • Experience in the HR and/or Talent Acquisition industry preferred
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
