Telecaller
The Telecaller is responsible for generating, qualifying and prospecting generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound, outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! The tele caller is responsible for lead generation and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
