Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent for undergraduate positions.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent for graduate positions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Confidence and proficiency in handling phone conversations with customers.
- Fluency in English is a required.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English without difficulty.
