Position Title: Lead Generation Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time Electrify Services is one of the fastest growing engineering services start up and is looking for Business Developer to play a key role of helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as company evolves. Major Job Duties \xc3\x98 Work closely with Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies. \xc3\x98 Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media. \xc3\x98 Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. \xc3\x98 Expertise in proposal drafting \xc3\x98 Schedule meetings and calls for management team for new leads. \xc3\x98 Effectively communicate the company\xe2\x80\x99s services and solutions to prospects \xc3\x98 Stay up to date on new products, services, and solutions. \xc3\x98 Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned. \xc3\x98 Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive. \xc3\x98 Keep prospective client database updated. \xc3\x98 Increase company involvement with existing clients \xc3\x98 Other duties as assigned. We are Looking For People Who Have \xc3\x98 2+ years of successful experience in lead generation/sales environment positioning a service or technology solution. Electronics background would be a plus. \xc3\x98 Experience calling on senior executives & technical decision makers within all sized organizations. \xc3\x98 Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail \xc3\x98 A passion for sales and technology \xc3\x98 A track record of high achievement \xc3\x98 Identify and manage risk \xc3\x98 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xc3\x98 Basic knowledge of Microsoft suites- word, excel , ppt \xc3\x98 The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better. \xc3\x98 The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. \xc3\x98 Are naturally curious and passionate. \xc3\x98 The technical aptitude to master our industry. \xc3\x98 A keenly developed competitive nature. \xc3\x98 A positive energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation \xc3\x98 The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily. \xc3\x98 Bulk dealing and rate negotiation \xc3\x98 Ability to translate intangible services to perceived benefits in the eye of customer \xc3\x98 Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required) Location: Ahmedabad, India.
