• Ecolab is seeking a Senior SAP MM IM IT Business Process Analyst to lead the business analysis effort to capture, clarify, and manage business systems requirements. In this role you will work as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, document, and validate requirements to provide the functionality necessary to meet business objectives and project goals.

What You Will Do:

• Work as a senior member of the SAP MM IM part of the Small Enhancement team
• Under general direction, has duty of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems analysts and the support teams.
• Act as a liaison between business units and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.
• Act as the liaison with the project EBS Capability Lead and the project team members providing updates and seeking approval on work.
• Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Super Users, Support teams and the Project teams.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience with SAP ECC MM IM configuration and testing
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT, or related discipline
• 5 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT
• Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
• Experience with IDOC\xe2\x80\x99s and Integrations.
• Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
• Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks
• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge
