Audit Analytics Senior – Oracle Techno Functional Consultant Are you an individual with Oracle EBS Finance technical and functional skills? Do you enjoy working with ERP financials and support data extraction? In this role, the specialist will provide support experience, assessing and resolving challenging questions and issues while working closely with business stakeholders and internal clients. Work you’ll do As an Audit Analytics Senior – Oracle Techno Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in creating data extraction procedures, data models on several ERP Financials for empowering audit engagement teams to improve the quality and efficiency of their procedures. You will be working with a team of experienced leads, technical developers, ERP specialists, testers, and business resources to build deliverables that support audit quality and objectives. You will be part of a team working closely with the senior leadership. You’ll use your analytical, research and investigative skills to:

• Develop data extraction procedures, data models for several financial modules in the data platform.
• Ensure the work performed is in accordance with quality standards of the organization.
• Confer and coordinate with programmers and other personnel to design and develop as per business requirements.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
• Present technical solutions to team members and leadership.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with cross border team to recommend solutions to remediate issues.

Qualifications Required Skills (Must to have)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, analytics, statistics, applied mathematics or related discipline
• 4 to 6 years of Implementation, deployment experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle EBS Financials R12/ ERP Financials Cloud in a techno-functional role.
• 3+ years of experience with modules including General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), eBTax, Project Accounting (PA), P2P, Purchasing (PO), Order Management, Inventory (INV), iProcurement, etc.
• Prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials including Purchasing, Order Management, and Inventory experience along with Fusion Cloud Projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of database structures, table dependencies, and data elements with the ability to map functional elements to underlying tables, fields and conditional criteria.
  • Ability to configure Oracle to match approved design solutions.
  • Some experience with security setup and administration.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and hands-on experience in preparing functional design, technical design and test cases documentation.
  • Ability to analyze technically difficult problems and recommend solutions in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in the development of OBIEE custom reports and knowledge of calling reports through API’s along with development of adhoc queries.
  • Ability to take ownership of technical responsibilities while serving as the single point of contact for Oracle Financials expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor others in the team.
  • Must be self-motivated while taking initiative to work in an energetic environment to achieve value-added results.
  • Able to work independently on varied and complex tasks.
  • Must excel in a team environment while contributing to knowledge sharing and experience.
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with professional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills that are outside of immediate skill set.
  • Develop and maintain user application support documentation including user manuals, flow charts, and system capability diagrams.
  • Ability to execute quality assurance testing procedures in compressed time frames.
  • Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written in English) to articulate problems, make design decisions and to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout various phases of the project.
  • Strong work ethic with ability and willingness to support clients when needed.
  Preferred: (Good to have)
  • Very good understanding of various SDLC process including Agile methodologies like Scrum and SAFe
  • Strong working knowledge of VSTS, Azure DevOps tools
  • Experience with SQL language a plus (query building).
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Being a team player who can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment
  • Should be self-motivated and ready to take ownership of the assigned work
  • Ability to communicate in a precise and effective manner (verbal and written)
  • Quick learner with excellent analytical skills
