We are hiring for Leading IT Automation CompanyPosition - Oracle HCM Techno Functional ConsultantExperience: 7 to 12 YearsLocation: 1.Mohali 2.Pune 3.RemoteJobType: Permanent / Contract / FreelanceNotice Period : ImmediateRoles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HR Business team, HRIS functional team, Payroll team to gather requirements for Dashboards, Reports, Interfaces, Extensions and Integrations.
- Providing strong subject matter expertise to identify and translate business and system requirements into design artifacts and documents.
- Support US payroll on Oracle EBS.
- Support non-US payroll integrations with ADP.
- Manage technical resources supporting Dashboards, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, and new projects.
- 5+ years developing data conversion and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- US payroll exposure is a must.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, completing at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
- Proficient in HDL, OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Experience in Oracle EBS is beneficial.
- Experience in Fusion HCM Analytics is beneficial.
