Job Description




Responsibilities


The candidate will report directly to the Project Director located in Hong Kong. The main focus will be to deliver on a key strategic HRIS transformation project.
  • Lead the testing stream from HR perspective and provide physical support to country HR in need at various stage in testing phase
  • Work with IT and implementation consultant to prepare test script and test scenario specific to requirements provided from the 12 Asia countries in workforce administration process, Absence and Time & Labor.
  • Manage testing effort and ensure HR testing is conducted efficiently as per testing strategy from each country. Review HR feedback and classify in priority for system team improvement.
  • Facilitate transversal cooperation/collaboration between HR team members with different backgrounds and environments (Experts vs. HRBPs / Regional vs. Local)
  • Manage communication and change management approach and provide physical support to country HR such as presentations, training and follow-up mechanisms for successful end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives
Competencies and Experience Competencies:
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working in a very dynamic environment
  • Rigorous, dynamic, detail oriented, fast learner and able to work in high pressure environment
  • Organized, excel data processing and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Advanced skills interfacing with HR teams in the country and from the expert teams to comprehend and document business requirements as needed to build the test script and scenarios
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources processes and related automation
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating project execution and delivery commitment with other teams under different operational time zones


Profile required


Education: Bachelor / Master degree preferred Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years HR Operations experience and familiar with WA automation processes
  • 3+ years of experience in HR workforce administration transformation project
  • Experience in leading and conducting HR system testing and able to coordinate and analyse feedback across multiple Asia countries.
Desired/Plus:
  • Familiar with local employment regulations for at least one major country such as Hong Kong or Singapore or China and willing to learn regulations in other countries.
