Role & Responsibility-
\xef\x82\xb7 To achieve budgeted sales and collection targets as per the ABP in the most cost-effective way.
\xef\x82\xb7 To identify opportunities to develop new markets and improve the market share vis-\xc3\xa0-vis competition.
\xef\x82\xb7 To plan and effect timely deliveries to the customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure timely collection of outstanding payment and C Forms from the customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 To provide regular MIS to the Business Head, and to other concerned departments, as per the requirement.
\xef\x82\xb7 To effectively manage the distribution network and provide necessary support and guidance to the Distributor to improve market share.
\xef\x82\xb7 To make periodic visits to customers in the assigned territory to maintain harmonious relationship, and to explore new markets within the assigned territory. \xef\x82\xb7 To provide to the Business Head timely visit reports and feedback about the developments in the market place.
Age 24-28 years
Qualification- B.SC/M.Sc. (Chemistry)/BE / B. Tech (Chemical / Mechanical Engineering) + PG in Marketing/MBA/MMS Experience 3 to 5 years
Language Proficiency- in English & Hindi. Any foreign language will be an added advantage.
