As a Senior member of the Global Executive Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding Executive Experiences for customers and prospects worldwide to engage with ServiceNow, their peers, and our broader community. From designing and delivering white-glove experiences for smaller audiences to building and driving larger community executive engagements, you will be responsible for defining and steering executive programs aligned to corporate priorities, including overall production ownership for our Marquee Executive Experience at Knowledge, our annual conference. In partnership with our regional Executive Marketing teams, you will work closely with business stakeholders to plan and measure the impact of programs that continue to enhance brand recognition among our most senior customers and help position ServiceNow as a strategic partner for transformation leaders. As the production lead for our annual Executive Program strategy at Knowledge, you will be responsible for bringing cross-functional teams together to devise and deliver an exceptional executive experience in partnership with the Director of Executive Engagement Strategy on relevant topics and speakers to enhance the executive track and create moments that matter. This role requires a strong leader with field and pipeline focus, translating ambiguity into actionable workstreams, the communication skills to inspire a global team, and the appetite and resilience for ongoing transformation. Key Responsibilities Develop, evangelize, and production manage an integrated global strategy for our marquee Executive Experience at Knowledge. Aligning with field marketing planning activities to integrate and deliver regional and global marquee executive programs, including executive experiences aligned to our global conference series, customer spotlight tours, exclusive hospitality, networking opportunities, and executive digital programs. Leverage outstanding content, messaging, and consistent pre/post-event approach, prioritizing our customer's experience. Build a positive relationship with key partners find opportunities to drive joint executive programs, driving toward a collective, desirable outcome Manage communications with executive leadership, sales leadership, and field marketing to drive strategic audience acquisition. Manage a global budget to optimize the impact and results across executive programs, making data-driven decisions on investments and allocation of resources. Provide business value updates and metrics to marketing and sales stakeholders Work with Marketing Ops to regularly report on executive engagement critical metrics and Supervise important metrics that advise more extensive business planning for the future. Qualifications 12+ years of overall relevant experience with some of that managing, growing, and coaching a high performing team Globally-minded with deep executive customer marketing experience Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills, ensuring tight regional and global marketing alignment, integration, and partnership Extensive experience of marketing program definition and management, ideally in multi-national, matrix organisations Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment Proven ability to engage decision-maker audiences with relevant, curated experiences Ability to bring disparate teams together around shared goals and achievements Strong team collaboration and agency management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the business up to executive leadership Domestic travel required up to 30% to support onsite programs Ability to balance multiple priorities and urgent deadlines simultaneously Self-starter with the ability to navigate a sophisticated organization to drive projects from idea to execution fast Highly organized with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving environment High energy, personable, innovative, and creative - with the execution skills to make it all count Proven track record of building positive working relationships across multiple departments and functions.
