To continuously follow up with major customers for our regular requirement of Products & for PO's & also for their outstanding payments.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer activities run smoothly.
Maintaining and Analyzing competitors pricing and demand of products fro market.
Based on demand of products considering the target of the products and achieving the targets to increase our sales revenue.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and brain storming with team to sell any particular product which is challenging to us for sell.
Identifying the prospective customers through cold calling, networking and customer referrals (E.g. Formulators/ Traders) product wise.
Sending our Introduction & e-catalogue.
Reaching to customers through email, Calls and generating Leads/enquiry for our products.
Post receipt of enquiry offering them our competitive prices along with our terms and conditions based on quantity requirement of particular product.
Following up with customer for further updates on offered prices, taking information about market price.
Negotiating with customer when our price is not competitive / delivery is not on time/ customer wants any particular credit terms after checking with managements.
Promoting other products to our regular customers and generating lead for other products as well.
Maintaining relationship with Customers by regular interaction, listening to their complaints, asking guidance or by providing services.
Arranging meetings of customers with managers and visiting them and preparing MOM.
Maintaining pending orders details, following up with factory for dispatch status against current orders of products, Arranging Pre-Shipment COA or any ADC purpose documents, Preparing Proforma Invoice and sharing with customers.
Arranging Vendor Questionnaire, documents related to quality approval, samples, DMF from QA.
Maintain reports and MIS for all the content
