Executive/ Sr. Executive- Marketing, Chennai bureau: Monthly salary: around Rs. 40k (Salary deduction: Prof. tax Rs. 200 and TDS if applicable, rest entire take home salary) + 3 lacs company paid mediclaim insurance+ yearly leave encashment & leave carry forward Basic requirement: Male/ Female any one will do, preferably required from real estate Marketing ground with excellent communication skills. He should be aware about all the real estate Marketing activities. He will have to take care of entire Chennai bureau Marketing activities like branding, promotion, inventory management, marketing agencies co-ordination, co-ordination for various property expo.
