Roles and Responsibilities-

Oversee a team of editors, writers, and content creators, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Approving the publication\'s layout, design, style, and tone.
Adhering to, maintaining and further developing best practice processes and guidelines for editorial services.
Manage budgets and timelines for each publication, ensuring all content is published on time and within budget.
Compliance to inhouse editorial software
Editorial and operational oversight of ongoing projects.
Liaise with advertising and marketing teams to ensure editorial content aligns with company objectives.
Attend conferences and networking events on behalf of the company.
Developing and managing budgets for the editorial team.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and newsworthy topics, ensuring the company\xe2\x80\x99s publications are always relevant.

Skills Required-

Publishing/editorial background, the role will require strong communication & leadership skills and should have solid experience in leading editorial teams.
Any graduate having a minimum 5 -10 years professional writing and editing experience.
