Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Domestic Recruiter located in Hyderabad. As a Lead Domestic Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic positions. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the entire recruitment process. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in end-to-end domestic recruitment
Proven track record of successfully filling positions in various domains
Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn and job boards
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
