Position: HR Executive
Salary Range: Under 25,000 INR
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary Hike: 10% on the current salary
Shift: Day or US Shift
2) Lead HR & Recruiter-
Experience 7-8 years in healthcare international voice- salalry-7-7.5LPA
Campus Hiring for both position
11-8 shift timing-sometimes extend
Ahmedabad Location
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
- Handling employee onboarding and orientation
- Managing employee relations and addressing concerns
- Coordinating HR activities and initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Assisting in performance management processes
Experience 7-8 years in healthcare international voice- salalry-7-7.5LPA
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
