1) Job Purpose


The PMO Lead will be responsible for managing the complete portfolio of all Digital Initiatives taken up both centrally and from the Plant teams. The Role looks at managing the planning and delivery of various projects and Digital Programs including consultants and external partner activities for effective and timely execution of the Digital Interventions.

Opportunity Identification for Digital Transformation across the business processes

• 
  Partner with Digital Leads and run sessions to identify the key priorities for the value stream
• Ensure Business case developed for the Digital projects with the Digital lead
• Ensure Goal alignment for the identified projects with various stakeholders by working with the Digital Lead and Digital Ambassadors

Digital Projects Execution, Delivery, and Team Management:

• 
  Manage and track Digital engagement across Group Manufacturing and Service Functions and locations to deliver visibility
• Responsible for solving project execution issues by setting up the governance process for project management and impact assessment
• Work with the Digital Lead to Set up the project execution team and get necessary approvals for the project team
• Get the Budgets and resources assigned for implementation of the projects
• Constantly assess the progress, highlight issues and work to overcome the roadblocks with the various internal and external stakeholders
• Develop innovative recommendations to address the issues based on an understanding of the business and industry best practices
• Build strong relationships with plant teams and key internal stakeholders
• Prepare weekly and quarterly performance reports and lead presentation of the same with the Internal Management team
• Concisely summarize data to create compelling analyses and engaging presentations
• Continually assist the project teams for timely and cost effective implementation of the project, program
• Manage the Digital roadmap and prioritize interventions for timely implementation

Project Management Practices adoption

• 
  Drive adoption of robust project management practices for effective implementation of multiple digital and analytics projects
• Develop risk dashboards for highlighting project risks at all stages
• Develop the partner evaluation and selection framework for Digital Initiatives.
• Develop the framework for identifying and evaluating the ecosystem of startups and partners for delivery of impactful digital solutions and track the timely completion of PoC\xe2\x80\x99s

Developing own Technical skills and process expertise

Develop skills in few Digital areas and lead the deployment of the digital initiatives Be able to understand the process and explain the process details to various stakeholders for proposal discussion, project review and impact assessment

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Technology,Master In Technology
Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
