Job Criteria * Oracle DBA Lead/ Architect (19C+ RAC + Data guard + Goldengate is must)

• Educational Qualification BE/B.Tech (any branch)/ MCA/M.Tech/ MSC IT MSC CS
• Work Location - Navi Mumbai, Belapur
• 24/ 7 Support Environment
• Banking industry experience (Good to have)
• Documents required for BV purpose
• (Must have EPFO service history records with supporting documents for past 5 years)

• ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• V in-depth understanding of database structure principles
• Expertise in sql and oracle v proven analytical skill and problem-solving attitude.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Optimize new and current database systems.
• Define security and backup procedures.
• Creating sql tuning sets and sql tuning advisory reports using oem for improving performance of the database.
• Executing weekly analyzer on database for performance improvement
• Performance monitoring, database installation and configuration v preparing rca\'s and coordinate with respecting teams.
• Schedule rman backup and monitor rman status of all production databases.
• Working on sip and innovations v interface proactively with other infrastructure support teams such as unix, windows, network, storage, monitoring etc.
• Document issues and associated resolutions to problems
• Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers.
• Conduct users, customers and teams training. V guide/mentor the team members on technical problems which cannot be resolved at their level.
• Ensure that systems, organization processes, & unit practices adhere to organization policies.
• Active participation in organization and unit level initiatives to install, design, implement, upgrade and optimize the performance of database required to operate software solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project plans to ensure adherence to corporate quality standards.
• Also, plan the deployment of resources accordingly. Validate and approve all major planning.
• Work with development teams to model and design databases.
• Architect and deploy cluster database setups and servers. Manage escalations.
• Keep delivery management informed by regular mis reports and information on deviations and exceptions.
• Serve as an SME and consultant for technicians to adhere to quality standards.
• Formulate and monitor policies, procedures and standards relating to application & database management. Ensure creation, maintenance and audit of appropriate documentation related to database architecture.
