Oracle Applications DBA ConsultantExperience# Over 7 years relevant Oracle Applications DBA experience with proven experience of designing and implementing Oracle e-Business Suite solutions and of providing expert advice and guidance in a consultan cy role # Lead DBA on a number of pre-production implementations of the Oracle e-Business Suite 12 Responsible for technical implementation for pre-production, Patch deployment, testing, and development environments coupled with establishing and doc umenting procedures to support and monitor production implementations # Implementation, production support of customer specific Oracle e-Business Suite processes for environment support and management. Processes developed include installation proced ures, cloning procedures, security best practice procedures, implementation standards, and change control procedures # Installation of Oracle e-Business Suite 12 on multi-node RAC environment with supporting documentation and procedures # Completed and documented a number of technical expert reviews of customer e-Business Suite implementations. These include the analysis of the customer hardware and their Oracle software configurations with relation to Oracle standards and recommendations # P roven experience of designing and implementing Oracle e-Business Suite solutions as an Applications DBA # Demonstrated experience of providing expert advice and guidance in a consultancy role.Responsibilities# Install, upgrade and administer Oracl e e-Business suite environments on the Oracle technology stack in line with customer requirements # Work alongside the customer and other third party organisations as required to ensure successful deployment of Oracle technologies # Ensure client i ssues are resolved, either as an individual or with assistance# Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of Oracle products and services # Plan and manage technical projects work packages such as Upgrades and Migrations #.
