We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Establish a portfolio management framework across the full GRC IT organisation that establishes the standard for demand, resource, scheduling and status management and reporting
• Engage with the GRC IT managers and transformation to capture and managed new demand through the approval and project initiation processes.
• Document and maintain all aspects of the GRC IT Portfolio and prepare high quality status reports for consumption by business and IT Governance forums.
• Introduce and embed new technology portfolio practices, processes, techniques, and standards against identified use cases
• Act as a SME on the detail of the GRC IT portfolio and management processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of GRC IT, transformation and the Risk Function on portfolio issues, opportunities and intervention options
• Contribute towards making the Risk IT Communities of Practice for Project Management, DevOps and effective use of portfolio tooling. Drive a culture of blogging and sharing to re-enforce this.
• Creation of a trust-based leadership culture with a high level of effective communication globally
• Leads the portfolio office and ensures successful portfolio delivery.
• Act as a source of guidance, governance and metrics on all Programmes / projects supporting the Portfolio leads, Programme Managers for strategic decisions.
• Lead the 2023 Planning, tracking of finances including management of BP IDs and CAMs (cost allocation methods and recharge process) and headcount and implementation of measures to correct activities outside of plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong, demonstrable experience in Portfolio Governance, Portfolio Planning and Portfolio delivery.
• Thorough understanding of billing and cost recovery processes and Order Book Management- Defining, tracking, monitoring and control mechanisms.
• Prior experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing a high-performance team is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding and demonstration of core PMO capabilities such as Governance Management, Change Control, Risk & Issues Management.
• Strong knowledge of the programme/ project / change lifecycle and Business Transformation Framework.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, Open Work Bench, SharePoint, GPDM, etc.)
• Relevant industry certification preferred - MOP / MSP/ PRINCE2 / PMP / P3O
