Job Position: IT Lead (Infrastructure)**
The incumbent is responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures which includes network, server services, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, storage, employee systems and related software. This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

• Configuration & maintenance of IT Network (Like LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, IPVPN, Internet network).
• Configuration & maintenance support for Desktop & laptop.
• Maintenance of server room
• Creation & maintenance of WAN, VAN network etc.
• Work with NJ Head Quarters to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the same
• Continuous Improvement for Technology related to IT infrastructure and IT Services, defining strategy/Process Delivery offerings
• Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.
• Implementation and configuration of Security devices which consists of Firewalls Checkpoint/Fortinet
• Experience on Implementing, deploying and configuring Azure VMs, Storage, Network & Connectivity
• Analyse enterprise business strategies and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the business and infrastructure architecture.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
• Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in the formulation of the company's architecture and business system plans; assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.
• Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
• Provide guidance/implementation of Office 365 environment and policies
• Support in ISO 27001.

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years- total experience on networks, security and information protection.
• The ideal candidate is expected to be versatile who will handle practice development, customer interactions, delivery ownership, willingness to learn emerging technologies, and build industry-leading solutions.
• Working knowledge of LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, IPVPN, Internet network Storage Area Network (SAN) and related technologies,
• Must has strong AWS and DevOps Teams and release process
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Must be well expose to IT Policy and IT Solution and Asset monument
• Strong budgeting and Annual budget and Asset management
