Job Description


The Lead Change Management role will support the change initiatives across the organization. Key duties involve developing change strategies, managing the change process, and promoting change adoption by effectively implementing strategies to minimize impact on individuals and teams. This role will partner effectively with the Senior Change Managers and be involved in global, cross functional teams from across the business to execute the program vision. The role will be highly visible and requires regular interaction with project leadership.

About the Role:
In this opportunity as Lead, Change Management, you will:

Lead global cross functional team addressing change readiness and managing risk for business partners.

Conduct needs analysis to understand resistance areas and resilience gaps.

Create, design, and develop change strategies specific to each project.

Manage the development, delivery and alignment of the change strategy, implementation plans and close out review.

Oversee and guide the change team to ensure cohesion, collaboration, clear communication, and successful execution of plans.

Integrate and monitor change management activities into project plan.

Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

Collaborate with project managers to influence individuals beyond direct authority, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.

Identify, assess, manage, and communicate risks and issues.

Support and coach project managers and team supervisors on change resilience.

Engage with key stakeholders throughout the client organization to ensure readiness for change implementation.

To facilitate seamless collaboration across different time zones within our global team, a flexible approach to working hours is essential.

Key Focus Areas: Experience in developing change strategies and managing the delivery and alignment of change implementation plans, leading global teams addressing change readiness and handling multiple projects at a time.

About You:
You\xe2\x80\x99re a fit for the role of Lead, Change Management if you have:

Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, organizational design, communications, or related field.

Minimum 6 plus years of organizational change management experience.

Possess solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.

Knowledgeable about change management practices, processes, and methodologies.

Experience leading cross-functional, remote, and virtual teams in a matrix organization.

Experience interacting with senior management and business stakeholders.

Ability to interact and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide solutions.

Self-motivated with the ability to lead, work independently, and proactively manage stakeholders and challenges.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Excellent active listening skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams and SharePoint.

Highly Desirable to possess Change management certification (example Prosci, ACMP).

Ability to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes.
