We are excited to hire a Lead Senior Change Implementation Analyst, at Cerner. As Lead Senior Change implementation Analyst, you will configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments recognizing end-user workflows across multiple solutions. You will apply in-depth solution knowledge to make build recommendations for large-scale and/or complex service request. You will audit client domains to determine build requirements and/or evaluate impact. You will identify and recommend proactive solutions to improve client domains and end user experience. You will lead complex project work across multiple teams or organizations. You will Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement including process definition and decisions. You will evaluate and create configuration work plans and mentor and train other associates.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 1 year customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience
  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
  • High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Expectations
  • At least 5 years working knowledge of SQL with similar work experience
  • Good communication (verbal & written)
