Role
As the Lead Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition-HR function and will report to the TA Head. The purpose of your role will be to build a Fresher Talent Pipeline from top B-School and E-Schools across HMCL functions. It requires managing the end-to-end campus recruitment cycle from planning to execution, smooth onboarding and induction of the incumbent.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Partnering with Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Function leads to plan the business requirements and needs
2. Acting as a point of contact for Colleges and Universities ( B-Schools and E-Schools) and planning of campus calendar for conducting the process
3. Fulfilling the business goals with hiring niche skills, diversity, analytics etc. specifically from campus recruitment
4. Planning the campus engagements like Pre-Placement Talk, Leadership Talk series, Hero Campus Challenge etc.
5. Due diligence in the screening process and the profiles being shortlisted for the role and proper feedback being captured from the interviewer.
6. Managing the timely rollout of Offer Letters, Joining Letters, on boarding and induction of the batch
7. Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy & drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels
8. Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programme ( specific to fresh talents)
A Day in the life
As a Lead Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding, you will be involved in overseeing the various aspect of Campus such as being single point of contact for Top Universities in India along with coordinating the various campus engagement events, managing the premium slots at campus and communicating with stakeholders. You would also work on strategising the campus calendars and plan branding events at campuses to attract top talents.
Each day will be dynamic and varied focusing on innovative ideas, administrative tasks and also building a positive campus experience for all.
Academic Qualification & Experience
- Post Graduation: MBA, HR (with premium or T1 college)
-Relevant Experience: 4 years or more (hands on in campus recruitment)
