About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Strategy & Solutions group managing a diverse set of business management and transformation related functions in support of the Operations Transformation organization.

Operations Transformation leads the transformation of our business operations and accelerates the enterprise-wide delivery of customer-inspired, next-generation technologies, products, and services. Through innovative solutions, consultative services, and process-oriented capabilities, the organization provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions that significantly enhance the customer experience, improve efficiency, and improve risk and controls.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of services, programs, and initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group\'s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications, International:
  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience managing large-scale and complex operational support functions, meeting daily operational needs, and driving efforts which lead to change, especially across business groups.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage and build relationship with senior stakeholders and interact with all levels in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to simplify and present complex topics for easier understanding.
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to change quickly, and work under pressure in an ever-changing working environment.
  • Ability to compile and analyze large set of data and present in effective manner.
  • Highly proficient with various application in Microsoft suite - including excel, access, word and power point.
  • Master\'s degree in business administration, finance or a similar field and project management certification would be a plus.
  • Overall experience of 15 years, with 8+ years in one or a combination of the following: business execution, operational support and risk management, program and project management, initiative implementation, or strategic planning roles.
  • Experience in working global Banking environment would be beneficial.
Job Expectations:
  • Provide front-office services in a compliant, timely, and effective fashion to U.S. and I&P employees, managers, and leaders at all levels across Operations Transformation teams within U.S. operation hours (Standard Eastern Time).
  • Responsible for managing a diverse set of core and large-scale operational support functions, driving operational initiatives, supporting transformation efforts, ensuring compliance with the Enterprise / COO / Operations policies and guidance, and meeting daily operational needs of our customers.
  • Manage functions that might include, but are not limited to: resource on/offboarding, records management, policy applicability assessment and inquiry management, operational risk adherence, workspace / equipment / access management, moving the line activities, analytics and reporting, resource and finance management, operational initiative management, and transformation support.
  • Provide leadership in the management of relationships / partnership and integration / implementation of services / efforts with cross functional business groups, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Provide management and leadership teams with consultation service, address conflict, and ensure alignment with WF strategy / policies and business line objectives.
  • Work with teams to solve problems, mitigate risks, resolve issues, prioritize work, and adjust plans / approaches in order to meet deadlines and evolving business needs and achieve goals in a fast-pacing, dynamic, and complex environment.
  • Develops metrics and tracks / evaluates business performance of services and initiatives.
  • Assist and communicate with leadership and executives in decision-making, service management, and initiative implementation.
Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communication.
