Department Overview Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) is one of the nation\'s leading providers of financial and investment services in the United States offering a full range of products and services to meet clients\' unique needs and help them achieve financial goals. It consists of six different lines of business, one of which is Wells Fargo Advisors group. Within WFA, this requirement is with the Flex team. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to perform various functions related to involvement in strategic discussions, contribute to planning and co-ordination between stakeholders across levels and locations in order to achieve division\'s vision. In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Assist senior leadership on regular headcount tracking and reporting, co-ordinate and consolidate metrics for functions across, contribute to preparation of presentations with high quality, partner with global teams on number of other initiatives etc. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group\'s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Required Qualifications, International: 10-12 years experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Graduation or post-graduation in finance or related area. Excellent written, oral, presentation skills and demonstrate creative thinking. Sound knowledge on presentation tools, analytical skills and strong communication Should be good at multi-tasking and flexible to take on additional responsibilities.
