Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, investment banking, equity and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe. The Business Process Management Teams are responsible for managing and facilitating the execution of the RCSA service modeling in support of the consistent and quality execution of the RCSA Program and Policy. Responsibilities Experience with Business Process Design, Process Modelling, Service modelling & current & target operating models Exposure to process modelling techniques and standard notations like BPMN, UML , EPC etc. Hands on experience with modelling tools IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc. . Strong communication & collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes Partner with Service Modeling teams to update the base file and underlying metadata to support CIB RCSA execution efforts for Markets, Commercial Real Estate, Operations, COO and Banking. Attend RCSA Service Modeling calls and provide support with taking notes, making updates to Service Models utilizing iGrafx Partner with CIB BPM team to ensure timely remediation of DQM anomalies, Change Requests, COSO scenarios, and other ongoing internal initiatives.
