- Identifying training needs and delivering a variety of training programs - scaling from process to product, across various levels and programs in accordance with legislation and current industry standards. - He will prepare or develop the training workbooks, Courses,, storyboards, presentations, activity list etc. within the time-frame. - Encourage Employees for Training - Accordingly Designing / Developing a programme of Training. - Tracking Employees Progress - The Manager Training will develop and maintain training content and assessments by working closely with Subject matter experts. - NHT (New Hire Trainings) - Refresher Training - TL (Team Leader) Process Training (TLPT) - TTT (Training the Trainer Programs) - Process Knowledge Dip Check + Assessments Designing and Invigilation - Implementation of Training KPI - Timely Basis Implementation of Training
Experience : - Minimum 5 years in KPO - BPO industry - CA or CA Inter will be prefer - Only International BPO / KPO experience will be considered - Willing to work in US - UK Shifts - Outstanding Presentation Skills - Ability to Lead Full Training Cycle - Excellent Team Player
