Location: Bangalore, KA, INResponsibilitiesReporting to the CHRO, the L&D leader will closely work with Ninjacart leadership and the HR function to strengthen talent across the organization, build and enhance capability and talent density, through delivery of impactful interventions and programs. S/He will be responsible for creating an agile, inclusive and effective learning ecosystem which inspires and drives high performing teams, thereby building an unparalleled learning and career growth.
  • Work with multiple business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and build strategies to close gaps including partnering with internal and external partners to implement technical, functional, behavioral and leadership training.
  • Bring consistency to the delivery and training standards across the business and oversee planning, prioritization, and development of new training programs and initiatives.
  • Strategically plan, design and drive Organisational Development (OD) strategies, frameworks and processes that support business objectives, drive employee performance, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders on OD initiatives, including but not limited to organisational design, job design, performance management, change management, competency frameworks etc
  • Manage a team of L&D professionals while delivering the L&D agenda
  • Ensure all key programs/initiatives align with the overall business strategies & objectives
  • Build Managerial / Leadership capabilities across the organization through various methods and training programs.
  • Continue the development and embedding of the organizational values

  • 8-10 years of experience in L&D preferably gained within a fast paced, fast growing organisation. Prior experience in re-design talent and /or manpower planning, and is operationally strong to drive processes and/or content improvements.
  • 3-5 years\' people management experience is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on and ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision. Ability to work well independently in a fast paced and dynamic set-up
  • Should have the maturity and ability to handle and work with key stakeholders
