L&D Leader will help us design an integrated performance and L&Dmodule to help the leadership gain holistic view of our talent . L&D Leader will help us develop a system based solution (LMS) to enable 'anytime,anywhere' learning and development for our people There would be a lot of interesting long term and short term projects which you can workon if you decide to join us : . Develop and deploy competency module, career highways and succession planningacross Rebel Foods . Design and execute system based learning through an integrated LMS. Develop a focused approach for a cohesive performance management and L&Dprocess and module We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical andcollaborative role. This role involves a lot of collaboration with HR BPs, Top Leaders, Managersand external Consultants. . HR Leaders with relevant experience in setting up and designing Learning &Development, including LMS and Competency Model. . Education : MBA - Tier I/II B School .
