The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law and have the ability to provide expert advice to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on trademark registration and protection
• Conduct trademark searches and provide opinions on availability and registrability
• Prepare and file trademark applications
• Monitor trademark portfolios and provide regular updates to clients
• Handle opposition and cancellation proceedings before the trademark office
• Provide strategic advice on trademark enforcement and litigation

Requirements:

• A law degree from a recognized university
• At least 5 years of experience in trademark law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
