Brief Role : Review and Drafting of Client Vendor and Lease Agreements Service contracts NDA/ Memorandum of Understanding Legal MIS: Updating contract trackers, preparing management reports, filing, maintaining contract files. Scrutinizing of Documents. Construction Agreement. Review and analyze media articles/ company filings, from open media search, online databases, government departments etc. Additional Information Salary:INR 4, 50, 000 - 6, 50, 000 P.A.
