Dear Candidates, Greetings from Odisha Job Consultancy!! We are hiring Legal officer Real-estate for Bhubaneswar location Key responsibilities of Legal Officer Real-estate
  • Drafting of real estate documentation and liaising with relevant departments
  • Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions for outright purchase, long term leases
  • Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations
  • Drafting memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc and other deeds in relation to property.
  • Actively participate and lead the discussions for the legal aspects of a Companys lease / real estate purchases.
  • Responsible for coordinating real estate legal matters .in conjunction with external law firms and senior advocates.
  • Assist and advice on regulatory and compliance-related legal real estate requirements.
  • Maintaining a MIS and a repository of the various lease documents.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide legal opinions and advisory on issues related to real estate matters .
  • Anticipating potential real estate legal issues and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Understanding real estate legal requirements and advising them accordingly
  • Representing Company in court and drafting legal pleadings for real estate matters
Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelors degree in Law or a related field
  • Understanding of the state and local laws pan India
  • Handled real estate litigation
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Lawyer, Legal Advisor , or a similar position in the Legal industry
  • Complete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the real estate industry
  • Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, property management, and sales transactions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and stakeholder management
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information.
