Providing legal advice to the organization to ensure that the company's
interest is protected.
Providing accurate legal advice to internal team to ensure that decisions taken are legally correct and the Company's interest is protected.
Representing the Company at court hearings and tribunals to ensure that the company's interest is effectively safeguarded.
Negotiating, drafting and implementing legal agreements relating to the company operations.
Provide inputs on Intellectual Property matters and real estate matters and guide the Company in these areas.
Monitor the progress of various legal cases (of the company) to ensure that the correct actions are taken.
Handling Compliances.
Proficiently handling civil and criminal, Industrial and Labor, commercial and consumer litigations, Arbitrations etc.
Proficiently handling competition law and legal metrology matter
To maintain matter with Land Scouters/ Brokers for Land Acquisition.
Survey of Location of Plot.
Boundary fixing of plot.
To attend to conveyance matters.
To attend to Municipal assessment matters.
To gather information about tenants such as Voters Id, Ration Card etc.
To make documents of tenant's purchase/ society redevelopment/ plots/ flats.
To be able to search and ascertain property title at talati/ thelsidar/ stamp duty/ city civil/ High Court/ To check 7/ 12, Mutation Entry/ PR Card/ DP Remarks etc.
To be able execute deals independently for new acquisitions.
Preparing, updating weekly reports on status of acquisitions.
To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices, to be able to make title flow of property/ lands etc.
To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants.
To oversee land survey with demarcation.
Due diligence of lands and structuring of deals.
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the various types of tenanted and governmental schemes.
Vetting Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave License Agreement, Lease. Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and codicil, documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition.
