Receive call from central despatch team with details of device and problem description
Contact customer, schedule visit and ascertain requirement of spares, if any
Coordinate with Logistics team and get required spares
Attend to the incident and resolve it to the satisfaction of the customer
Take customer sign-off on call report after resolution of incident
Return faulty spares to Logistics team
Normal preventive maintenance activities are also required to be carried out on visits to customer location
Ensure all required equipment is in place at customer location
Visit the site, complete installation and take customer sign-off
Required Skills: o Desktop/ Laptop/ Workstation/ AIO/ printers, hardware problem diagnosis, replacement of parts like HDD, Power Supply, Graphics card, Audio card, Touchpad, RAM, Motherboard, etc.o Candidate should be able to isolate the problem from symptoms provided by user and differentiate between OS related/ Software issues and Hardware issueso Device installation, testing, cleaning and troubleshootingo Knowledge of HP/ Lenovo/ Dell/Acer laptops/Desktops etc, BIOS Configuration, usage of special tools to open laptopso Knowledge of installation of Windows, installing device drivers, updating BIOS firmwareo Installation, repairing or rebuild of Windows server/Linux operating systemsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ?300,000.00 per yearSchedule:
