Laboratory Manager - Electrical Safety & Compliance
Tasks
Manage the operations of an ISO 17025 accredited Testing Laboratory for Compliance Testing of Electrical Safety and lead the team of lab test engineers. Plan, organize and manage production-related operations to design and deliver on-site and off-site product testing for a business field or product line.

• Should plan and execute projects in full for the assigned scope of service.
• Responsible to derive a test plan and other technical requirements to take up testing.
• Should handle lab equipment/customer equipment with due responsibility
• Must be capable of taking Technical decisions to ensure project integrity and technical requirements as per standard / internal/external practices.
• Will be responsible to verify the correctness of technical data/test results recorded (e.g. Test Data Sheet)
• Is responsible to complete the Test Report / Project File based on test results / technical data / internal/external process and procedures as per project scope.
• Should ensure the test area, work table and customer information should be kept secured, and retrievable as per project scope.

Requirements

• Should have hands-on experience in IEC 62368, IEC 60950, and IEC 60065 Segments with at least 10 years of experience
• To be based in Bangalore, India or willing to relocate.
