Kronos Data Engineer / Application Engineer Role and Responsibilities: The role will work on location specific requirements for production deployment within the project timeline. Key Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Kronos configuration experience required
• Strong knowledge on Oracle PL/SQL part Rating should be 8/10
• Good Knowledge on Kronos like, WIM, Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Accrual Rating should be 6.5-7/10
• Hands on experience in Workforce Integration Manager
• Experience in building Inbound and Outbound Interfaces
• Able to Analyze and handle complicated interfaces including calculations
• Capable of understanding the flow of Scheduled Jobs related to Interfaces
• Strong knowledge in SQL or Oracle Database
• 5+ years of Data engineering experience with SQL and/or NoSQL environment and Functional knowledge on Kronos is preferred
• Experience in building complex SQL queries and stored procedures based on requirement. Understanding of how to model data, build pipelines, write optimized SQL and report and dashboard creation
• Business requirement gathering and analyses experience
• Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, problem solving and complexity analysis
• Knowledge on Technical Design Documentation work for whole Implementation
• Ability to work with end users on testing or User Training
• Ability to do the Pay file Comparison/Validation
• Configuration knowledge with Kronos Version 6.3
• Able to understand the flow of Unit Testing, QA, SIT and parallel testing.

Kronos Advanced Scheduler_JD

• 
  Exp 6+ years Kronos Exp. 2-3 years in Advance scheduling.
• Knowledge on creating organizational map and org sets
• Understanding on retail business, sales data (POS), volume drivers and labor drivers.
• Working knowledge on Forecaster setup Forecast Map, Labor forecast limits, labor standards tasks and task groups, HOO and Special events.
• Good knowledge on Forecasting Algorithms.
• Generating schedules, creating and working on Auto Scheduler Option Sets.
• Hands on with Schedule rule sets, Skills and certifications and analyzing the labor distribution process.
• Interface knowledge for creating Employee Import and POS import interfaces

Knowledge on Schedule Planner genie, navigators, batch processing


Custom Reports Kronos SSRS Developer Duties and Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on configuring Time and Attendance and Accruals modules.
• Possess good experience in Interface development.
• Should be able to handle Interface/Reports.
• Should be able to perform the documentations on Interface/Reports: SSRS developers perform a range of duties depending on the organization they work for.
