Key Responsibilities
You will be joining the Client Success (CS) team as a fundamental contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of processes and data that makes the engine of this organization hum. As an analyst on the team, you will carry out critical, defined functions required for CS to successfully serve clients and end-customers. You’ll be working in Asana and Google Sheets/Excel on a daily basis, and talking frequently with stakeholders in Client Success, Engineering and Business Development to help troubleshoot systems issues and support client-related work. Areas of responsibility include:
  • Extract, manipulate and utilize several datasets related to the work of the CS team
  • Review system reporting results for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy
  • Provide recurring reporting to internal management using various business trackers
  • Work closely with the CS and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Maintain and manage client account details in Awaaz.De’s UI
  • Edit audio files (includes sequencing, cutting and patching) using softwares such as Audacity
  • Support the CS team with miscellaneous client-related campaign work and operational tasks as needed
  • Support process flow analysis and process redesign when applicable
  • May require direct communication with clients to respond to inquiries
Desired Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, business operations or related fields
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly dependable and self-accountable with an exceptional work ethic
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to manage and work on multiple projects, work within tight deadlines, and prioritize work as necessary
  • Ability to carefully focus on a single project and also be flexible to change job focus quickly as required
  • Adept at analyzing data using spreadsheets in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (e.g. familiarity with tools such as pivot tables)
  • Experience with other relevant data analysis tools such as Python and SQL is a plus
  • Professional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a startup environment requiring hustle and self-direction is a plus

Hours
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours/week Mon-Sat including standard lunch and other breaks. Weekly offs will be declared/compensated based on the work schedule for the week.
Compensation
Starting compensation for this position is ₹3.6-5.4 LPA or commensurate with experience and expected value to the company.
