• Maintain IMAC (Install, Movement, add, change) for Asset movement,
• Assets type are Laptops, Desktops, Network devices, Servers, Cloud servers, non IT devices) All the IT assets and Non-IT assets should have asset code, and also maintain the serial number, model, make, warranty and AMC details, year of purchase etc. 
• Allocation/De-allocation of IT Assets during Onboarding/Offboarding Process. 
• Attendance Readers device management. 
• Physical assets verification once in a year. 
• Maintain all warranty and AMC details and notify (90 days in advance) the customer for the renewal through tool.
•  Coordinate with vendor for the maintenance and IT related pending tickets 
• Monitor and report vendor performance with a joint call
•  Coordinate with respective vendors for non-warranty support.
•  Track & update the escalation matrix for all vendors
•  Do daily follow-up with vendor escalate calls till closure.
