Treelife is seeking a Knowledge Management Associate to support the development of organizational strategy to ensure that all the stakeholders of Treelife maximize returns on investment in knowledge (people, processes and intellectual capital), share best practices, encourage innovation, and promote organizational information sharing. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create blogs, knowledge material, assist in research, etc as a part of the firms Knowledge Management activities
• Evolve the company\'s knowledge management and content strategy.
• Proactively identify developments in the legal and regulatory field in India and abroad and communicate it across the team.
• Working closely with the marketing and communications team to develop targeted communication products and materials.
• Provide guidance for strategic information dissemination and technical assistance for writing and editing publications.
• Help the team to build, manage, maintain, update the knowledge database to keep it useful, current,relevant, user friendly and translate it into knowledge content for internal as well as external communication.
• Keep plagiarism at bay!
• Prepare well-structured content and filter information into clear and concise text and have the ability to present content in the most engaging manner.
• Work closely with founders to develop insights on various issues in the startup ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a law firm/ inhouse corporate counsel with a penchant for research and public policy.
• BA LLB/ Bcom LLB/ BBA LLB, the candidate should have a strong academic background/qualifications
• Experience designing and implementing content and knowledge management plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Benefits:
