This job entails providing comprehensive support in the creation and maintenance of the Knowledge Base, and we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in content creation for articles, learning development, and HR campaign experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in providing all necessary information for Knowledge Base creation to the Knowledge
- Be accountable for all available information in the Knowledge Base.
- Create and publish documentation, adhering to User Experience guidelines and Marketing (MK) strategies.
- Regularly review documentation to ensure compliance with expiration dates.
- Ensure meticulous Knowledge and Policy Governance.
- Actively collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategies aimed at achieving and sustaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide essential support in defining and executing the training plan.
- Identify and craft self-service options based on a thorough analysis of case volumes.
- Proven experience in content creation for articles.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning development.
- Previous experience in HR campaign management.

This role demands an individual with a strong background in content creation and a strategic approach to knowledge management, capable of contributing to organizational goals through innovative and effective strategies.

You Must Have:
Minimum 3 years HR or time experience
Understanding of Severance, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR Admin, HR Systems and HRHelp processes.
Understanding of compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner and ensuring that the audience can easily comprehend the information presented.
