WE ARE HIRING Job designation:- Kitchen Manager: Continental Job location:- Nashik, Maharashtra Salary:- 18,000- 22,000 per month Experience:-
  • Total experience:-5 years of experience in kitchen manager or a culinary role.
  • Minimum experience:-3-4 years in a supervisory or managerial position in a kitchen preferably focusing on Continental Cuisine.
Education:-Culinary Arts degree or equivalent Skillset:-
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED FULL TIME Profile introduction: As a Kitchen Manager specializing in Continental Cuisine, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the culinary team, managing kitchen operations, and upholding the standards of excellence that define our brand. Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the executive chef to create and enhance the Continental Cuisine menu, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee the quality and safety of all dishes served.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget creation and manage kitchen expenses within the allocated financial framework.
