Menu Development: Collaborate with the executive chef to create and enhance the Continental Cuisine menu, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to maintain efficiency and quality.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee the quality and safety of all dishes served.
Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
Budget Management: Assist in budget creation and manage kitchen expenses within the allocated financial framework.
