Menu Development:
Create innovative Pan Asian-inspired dishes that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.

Conduct regular menu tastings and solicit feedback to refine and improve offerings.
Kitchen Operations:
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served, adhering to established recipes and standards.
Monitor food costs and portion control to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep cooks.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Inventory Control:
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock and minimize waste.
Implement inventory control procedures to track usage, reduce shrinkage, and maximize profitability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
Food Safety and Sanitation:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Train staff on food safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of contamination and foodborne illness.
