We are hiring Job Designation: Kitchen Manager: Pan Asian Job Location: Nashik Salary: 18,000 - 30,000 Experience: Min 2 - 3 years of experience as kitchen manager or similar profile Education: High school diploma or relevant Skills required:
  • In-depth knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese flavors and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiency in menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED FULL TIME Profile Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development:
  • Create innovative Pan Asian-inspired dishes that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus that balance flavor, presentation, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular menu tastings and solicit feedback to refine and improve offerings.
  • Kitchen Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Monitor food costs and portion control to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep cooks.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock and minimize waste.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to track usage, reduce shrinkage, and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation:
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Train staff on food safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of contamination and foodborne illness.
